Reico has continued to see a rise in online appointment request with a growth of 23% Year over Year.


Reico Kitchen and Bath is the premier distributor of high-end kitchen and bath products in the mid-Atlantic region.  With 21 stores in the five-state region, it is the largest kitchen and bath distributor in the country.  The primary goal of Reico’s website is to get prospects into one of their showrooms. 

In order to meet their goal, Reico identified the need to improve their web presence.  At the time, Reico’s web presence was a basic list of products offered in their storefronts and a blog.  Neither portion of their site was mobile responsive.


Working with Brilliance, Reico initially redesigned and replatformed their site on AspDotNetStorefront and DNN Software with the initial goals of highlighting key content and providing users with a mobile responsive experience.

The redesign and re-platform included:

  • Request Consultation – The in-store appointment request form was improved and brought to the forefront of the website.
  • Getting Started – In-depth content was developed to provide home owners with resources for planning kitchen and bath remodels
  • Cabinets & Door Styles – Reico’s number one selling consumer product line was Merillat cabinetry.  The site redsign included faceted navigation to help consumers find the ideal door style for use in their remodeling projects.
  • Galleries – As pictures speak more than words, the redesign included the addition of kitchen and bathroom galleries to highlight the exceptional designs by Reico’s team.
  • Locations & Designers – Given that Reico’s primary business requires in-person meetings with designers at local showrooms, the site needed to provide easy access to location information and designer profiles.

Reico saw 24% growth in their Appointment Requests year over year after the redesign and re-platform.

However, the team knew that the replatform to a long-term solution would be needed to sustain growth and propel Reico into the future.  Through an on-going partnership with Brilliance, Reico’s leadership team chose to move forward with Episerver.
