The Customer Advisory Board will meet once a year in-person, followed by quarterly meetings via web meeting.  The Customer Advisory Board provide members with insight into Brilliance's strategic plans and provide opportunities to give input into priorities and feedback on plans.

During the 2-day meeting, Nick Morgan, Executive Vice-President of Strategy at Ox Optimal came in to share strategies for using email to generate more revenue.  After our first afternoon of meetings, we took a break with a tour at Lakefront Brewery before heading out to dinner at Char’d Milwaukee.  Day two was filled with strategic discussions and feedback from the Customer Advisory Board.

The inaugural meeting of Brilliance’s Customer Advisory Board was a success.  “I look forward to continuing to work with our Customer Advisory Board to improve our services and offerings,” Lori shared. “This feedback is key to us living out our purpose of empowering long-term success in digital commerce on a foundation of continued innovation.”
