Brilliance Business Solutions, a Milwaukee-based B2B eCommerce website development firm, today announced the relocation of its corporate office. The firm took occupancy of its new headquarters in the historic Railway Exchange Building, located at 229 E. Wisconsin Avenue, on Oct. 1.

Brilliance began its real estate search in February with the expertise of Matthew Quest, Principal at Capital Commercial, after learning its space in the Germania Building was sold to developers. Initially focusing its search in the downtown and Third Ward areas, the firm was drawn to buildings with character. “Coming from a workspace in a historic building, the Railway Exchange Building felt like the best fit for us,” said Brilliance Office Manager Angela Steinkamp. “What we liked most about our old space were the historic design details and features, quirkiness and all. For instance, our conference room had a safe and there was another in the hall. While our new space doesn’t have those unusual details, it is a beautiful, historically significant building being brought back to life by Patti Keating Kahn and her team at PK2Group."

Brilliance recently settled into approximately 2,000 square feet on the third floor with room for future expansion. With almost eight-feet tall windows that fill the space with natural light, Brilliance’s suite is a bright, open space with cheery blue accents walls, collaboratively designed and built by PK2Group to meet the team’s needs.

We are excited to have this beautiful new space that gives us an opportunity to grow. At Brilliance, we are passionate about helping others realize untapped potential, and we love being a part of the rebirth of this building. Patti’s passion for the history of this building is contagious,” said Lori McDonald, President and CEO at Brilliance.
